Aug 10 2015 Would you go to Heaven?
It dawned on me recently that a lot of people are not going to make it to heaven. It makes me sad.
Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow is the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. Matthew 7:13-14
So what if you died tonight. Would you go to heaven?
Did you say:
I hope so?
I think so?
I don’t know?
Well, you can know so!
A Christian is a person who has Jesus living inside them. Does He live inside you? Have you asked Him to take up resident in you?
Maybe you would like to make sure you are going to Heaven and are ready to invite Jesus into your life. Here is a suggested prayer you can pray to make that transaction:
Dear Lord,
I realize I’m a sinner. I realize I need help to become the person you made me to be. I believe Jesus was the Son of God, in a body, who lived, died and rose from the dead so I can be forgiven and free to become all He wants me to be. Please come into my life and take over! Thank you Jesus! Amen!
