What would you do with a little Jesus?

Dec 24 2024 What would you do with a little Jesus?

Punky and I are having so much fun this Christmas season giving away a little Jesus every time we go out. One of these figures was given to Punky with the message… “Everyone needs a little Jesus!” (Thanks, Ivan!) Punky had a good laugh and passed it on to John, who ordered more…and kept passing a little Jesus around. John and Punky gave a little Jesus to their waitstaff at dinner, friends they saw while out and about, and soon…stories were shared of how those folks had taken a little Jesus and started conversations all over the world!

And that’s just it – this “little Jesus” is a great conversation starter! And what better conversation can you have with someone than about Jesus? We wish you a wonderful Christmas full of faith, family and friends – and while you’re out and about, be sure to give a little Jesus to someone, too.

Looking Back at 2024

Making disciples who make disciples will always be the Number 1 mission of The Tolson Group. This year, training new disciple makers took John to Jackson, Mississippi; Atlanta, Georgia; and Granbury, Texas.

Some memorable speaking moments include:

National College Coaches Conference, FCA breakout in Dallas, Texas
A Night to Remember in Orlando, FL
Men of Nehemiah in Dallas, TX
Gathering luncheon in Jackson, MS
Citywide Leadership Breakfast in South Dakota
Dallas Christian High School football team

Time Well Spent

Each week, John meets and disciples men. Before John takes on another person, the new disciple must agree up front to continue the work of disciple making for the rest of his life. Next, they’ll meet one-on-one as they work through The Four Priorities. Once finished, each person is passed a baton to symbolize their ownership in our mission to make disciples who make disciples.

Here are just a few of the men who were passed the baton this year!

Year-End Giving

And as always, we are so grateful for your prayers and your partnership in our mission to make disciples who make disciples!

Warmly in Him,
John Tolson
